Rapper Wale was a guest at the White House yesterday for a summit which aims to encourage children sign up for college. And a lot of Americans chose to criticize Wale’s choice of dressing, which was a custom made Igbo attire popularly known as Etibo made by Zini Couture, who also makes attires for Olamide and the YBNL crew.
He was lashed at for not looking ‘professional’ enough.
Meanwhile,Wale actually changed into that attire for his performance. While giving a talk during the lecture part of the summit, he was dressed conventionally in dress shirt and slacks.
